Last night I was supposed to go to the Celebrity Putt Putt run by none other than the Captain. Unfortunately, I did not attend.
(I wonder how well he was able to do mini golf given the latest diagnosis?)
Who knew that his Kryptonite would be a foul ball.
(Sighs.)
Such a disappointment, not only for the Sox and the Nation - but for him as well.
This was such a great opportunity for him to be able to get some good play in regular rotation.
Needless to say - this girl is very, very sad to not have him in the lineup at all this summer.
Very, very sad indeed.....
