I had no idea that people would just give me food.
Literally.
Vendors drop me off food to "audition" to see if it's something I'd like to carry in my store.

How fun is that? I love it. I mean, I sample everything anyway - and I prefer to keep business small and local - but there are so many companies that I'm unaware of, and to have them solicit me is fantastic....and delicious!
Today, was Italian Cookie audition day.
Yum.
Last week - was fresh, homemade pasta day.
Yum.
What will tomorrow be......?
